In the Restaurant Erna they will show show us how to make 'njoki' a traditional Slovenian food that originates from the inner part of the small country. They are similar to soft dough dumplings and usually eaten instead of pasta. We will eat our dinner at the same restaurant. The overnight stay will be in pension next to Ilirska Bistrica.
