    In the evening, we meet us at the village square, where we will be picked up by a horse-drawn carriage. The carriage is owned by the Steiger Familiy with their horse farm at Werfenweng. The tour leads us to a village district called “Wengerau” (one of the two heads of the valley of Werfenweng). At the “Wengerau”, we will have a dinner at the Wenghof Alm, a rustic alpine hut (with typical local background music). Meeting with the mayor of Werfenweng, Dr. Peter Brandauer (date on inquiry). After the dinner, the “Werfenweng Nachtshuttle” (night shuttle Werfenweng) will bring you back to your accommodation.

Visit of the FIS district-Skimuseum of Werfenweng. The museum shows a unique documentation of the history of skiing – commencing 5.000 years ago until the time of the latest ski-racing developments nowadays. Free time for lunch (lunch not included) In the afternoon, you’ll have a bus transfer from Werfenweng to Salzburg (about 50 minutes, own bus).
